Terms of Service
Last updated September 9, 2026
These terms cover the Google Ad Grant service provided by Pure Wonderful, LLC, in Seattle, Washington. Using the site or engaging the service means you agree to them.
Who you are contracting with
The service is provided by Pure Wonderful, LLC, a Washington limited liability company. In these terms, “I” and “me” mean Pure Wonderful, LLC; “you” means the church or organization engaging the service. There is one person behind this business, and that person is who you will deal with.
What the service is
Subject to eligibility, the service covers:
- Reviewing whether your organization appears eligible for the Google Ad Grants program.
- Preparing and submitting the Google for Nonprofits and Google Ad Grants applications, and corresponding with Google through the approval process.
- Building the Google Ads account once Google issues it — campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, sitelinks and conversion tracking.
- Ongoing management of that account, including the work required to keep it within Google Ad Grants program policies.
What the service is not
- I do not decide whether you get a grant. Google determines eligibility and approval, on its own timetable and under its own rules. I can prepare and submit a strong application; I cannot guarantee approval, and I have no control over how long Google takes.
- I do not guarantee results. The $10,000 per month figure is the program maximum published by Google, not a promise of how much will be spent, how many people will visit your site, or how many will visit your church.
- I do not build or host your website. Google applies a separate website policy to Ad Grants accounts. If your site does not meet it, I will tell you what needs to change, but making those changes is yours to arrange.
- I am not affiliated with Google. Google Ad Grants is a program of Google.org. Nothing here is endorsed by or issued on behalf of Google.
What I need from you
The service depends on a few things from your side:
- An email address at your organization that Google can send verification to, and forwarding the emails Google sends to it.
- Accurate information about your organization and its nonprofit status.
- Not creating a separate Google Ads account for the organization during the application process. Google provides the account at activation, and an account created beforehand can cause the application to be rejected.
- Telling me promptly if your website changes materially, since the account’s compliance depends on it.
If I cannot get these things, I may not be able to keep the account compliant, and I am not responsible for the consequences of that.
Fees and billing
- The fee is $500 per month. There is no setup fee and no application fee.
- The fee is billed monthly.
- Billing begins when your Google Ad Grants account is approved and live. You are not charged during the application period, however long Google takes.
- Fees are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply.
Refunds
Monthly fees are non-refundable and are not prorated. If you cancel part way through a month, the service continues to the end of that paid month and no portion of the fee is returned.
This is deliberate rather than punitive. The heaviest work in this engagement — the application, the account build, the conversion tracking, the initial campaign structure — happens at the start and is not spread evenly across the months that follow. Billing in advance, without refunds, is what lets the service carry no setup fee at all.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time through the contact form. Service and access continue until the end of the month you have paid for, and are not renewed after that. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee, and no fixed term.
I may end the engagement with 30 days’ notice.
Who owns the accounts
You do. The Google for Nonprofits account, the Google Ad Grants account, the campaigns and the data in them belong to your organization and are in your organization’s name. I hold management access to do the work. When the engagement ends, that access ends, and the accounts and everything in them stay with you.
Compliance and account status
Google Ad Grants accounts operate under program policies that Google can change and enforce at its discretion. Google publishes that any account found in violation of program policies is subject to suspension. I do the work required to keep your account within those policies, but I cannot guarantee that Google will not deactivate, suspend, or cancel an account, and I am not liable if it does.
Confidentiality
Information you share about your organization is used to deliver the service and is not sold or shared with anyone else, other than the service providers described in the Privacy Policy. I will not name your organization publicly as a client without your permission.
Your responsibility for what you give me
The application depends on information only you have: your nonprofit status, your organization’s details, and the content on your website. You are responsible for that information being accurate and for having the right to use whatever appears on your site. If a third party brings a claim against me because of information or content you supplied — for example a copyright claim over an image on your website, or a claim arising from an inaccurate statement about your organization — you agree to cover the reasonable costs of defending it. This does not apply to anything caused by my own work.
Things outside anyone’s control
Neither of us is responsible for failing to perform because of something genuinely outside our control: an outage at Google or another provider, a change to the Ad Grants program, a natural disaster, an act of government, or serious illness. If something like that stops the work for an extended period, either of us may end the engagement, and you are not billed for months in which the service was not delivered.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid me in the three months before the claim arose. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost donations, lost attendance, lost advertising value, or the loss or suspension of a Google Ad Grants account.
The service is provided without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. If a change materially affects an engagement already underway, I will tell you by email before it takes effect for you. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
