Privacy Policy

Last updated September 9, 2026

This site collects as little as it can. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no tracking cookie, and nothing is sold to anyone.

Who is responsible

This site and service are operated by Pure Wonderful, LLC, a Washington limited liability company based in Seattle. Any question about your data can go to the contact form and will be answered by the same person who runs everything else.

What is collected

If you submit the eligibility form: your church’s website address, the name you enter, and your email address. That is all the form asks for.

If you use the contact form: your email address and whatever you write in the message.

Automatically, by the hosting provider: standard server request records, which include IP addresses and browser user-agent strings. These are generated by hosting, not by anything added to this site.

Nothing else. There are no cookies set by this site, no analytics, no session recording, no advertising or remarketing tags, and no third-party trackers.

Why it is collected

Your information is not used to build a marketing list, and you will not be added to a newsletter for submitting a form.

Who else touches it

A small number of service providers process data in order for the site to work:

VercelHosting. Serves the site and keeps standard request logs, including IP addresses.
FormspreeReceives everything sent through this site — both the eligibility form and the contact form — delivers it to my inbox and notifies me of each submission.
Google FontsServes the typeface. Your browser requests the font file from Google, which means Google receives your IP address.
Email providerCarries correspondence between us.

These providers process data on my behalf to deliver the service. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared for anyone else’s advertising.

If you become a client

Delivering the service means working inside Google for Nonprofits and Google Ads on your organization’s behalf. Information you give me for that purpose — your nonprofit status, your organization’s details, your website — is submitted to Google as part of the application. Google’s handling of it is governed by Google’s own privacy policy, not this one.

How long it is kept

Eligibility submissions and contact messages are kept for as long as they are useful for following up, and no longer than 24 months unless you become a client, in which case records relating to the engagement are kept for as long as the engagement lasts plus seven years for tax and accounting purposes. Hosting logs are kept according to the hosting provider’s own retention schedule.

Your choices

Ask through the contact form and I will, without charge:

You do not have to give a reason, and asking will not affect how you are treated. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Washington My Health My Data Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the GDPR; those rights are honored regardless of whether they apply.

Children

This site is aimed at church staff and leadership. It is not directed at children, and information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 13.

Security

Data is held with the providers listed above, which use encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and I do not claim otherwise. Please do not send sensitive personal information — financial details, health information, or anything about a member of your congregation — through the forms on this site.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. If a change materially affects someone whose data I already hold, I will tell them by email.

Contact

Any privacy question, and any request under this policy, goes to the contact form.

Ask me anything.

I will get back to you as soon as possible.
